Birthday Honours
As you may have noted from the front cover, this is the 10th anniversary issue of GWD which was first published in September 1999. However, GWD is a spring chicken compared with the wedding car company, Carriages, which is celebrating 20 years in business! Established in 1989 by retired policeman, Derek Craig and his wife Christine, Carriages is now run by the Hector family and has two vintage Rolls Royce and two Mercedes saloon cars in its fleet.
