Venus Wedding Plans offers you the support required during one of the most special and stressful period of your life.

Our aim is to work alongside you to provide a tailored package to suit both the couple, and bridal party, requirements.

Utilising our network of suppliers we can co-ordinate a small or large proportion of your wedding. We will honour all your requests to the best of our capabilities, no matter how diverse these may be.


Packages

Whole Organisation
Venus can organise your entire day. We ask that the whole wedding party is involved however our service is mainly for the couple.

Part Organisation
We will organise as little or as much of your wedding as you wish. We can organise the church, reception or even just the hen/stag nights – as per your decision. The price of this package is determined by your requirement and will either be a fixed payment or a bank of hours for you to use at your leisure.

Emergency Service
Normally we would work with you 2-3 months before the wedding, but we are also able to help at very short notice and in emergency situations.

On the Day Co-ordination
Venus offers our clients full wedding day coordination, allowing you peace of mind on your big day. Venus will meet with suppliers and ensure that all plans are finalised the day before the event.

Accessory Organisation
Are you getting fed up of trying to organise all the smaller items for your wedding. Provide us with a specification and we can source items such as cake, invitations, stationery, jewellery etc for you.

Consultation
Venus will give you an initial consultation and from that provide you with a report on 2-3 different themes for the wedding. All clients who choose this service will then be free to use this report to guide them during the preparation for their wedding.

Stag and Hen Events
We can also help the maid of honour and best man to come up with original ideas for the Stag and Hen Events

Finding Venues and Suppliers
Is finding the right supplier causing you a head ache? Is it the venue, a particular flower or why does no-one stock the shoes you are looking for? Give us the specifications and let us do all the research. For a fee we will be able to provide you with suppliers who are available to carry out exactly what you need throughout Europe.

Bridesmaids, Best Man and Maid of Honour Services

We can also help the maid of honour and best man to come up with original ideas for the bride and groom as well as help with their duties.
