So, you’ve made all the major decisions about your wedding day. Dress, venue and photographer have been chosen, and everyone knows what to wear, what to do and where to stand. Now it’s time to find a few finishing touches to personalise your wedding, as well as adding some fun to the day.

Treat your guests to the delights of a chocolate fountain, running with top-quality Belgian chocolate into which you dip fruit, marshmallows, and choux buns. Allow your glass to runneth over with a carefully arranged and regularly topped-up champagne fountain. Or, for a stunning centrepiece, consider an ice-sculpture. These can be crafted to have a practical use such as an ice-bucket or even pillars to support canapé plates, and can take almost any shape you fancy – the top choice being the romantic swan, famous for mating for life.
